Amber Enterprises

Amber Enterprises announced that it and its step-down subsidiary had been allotted a combined 116 acres of land by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) to establish new manufacturing facilities, a project with a projected investment of ₹6,785 Crore.

Amber Enterprises holds a significant share (around 26%) in the Indian room air conditioner manufacturing market and is a major beneficiary of government initiatives like the PLI scheme, which support domestic manufacturing.

Atlanta Electricals

Atlanta Electricals (ATLANTAELE) recently reported strong Q3 FY2025-26 earnings with a significant ~95% YoY jump in net profit to ₹43.34 crore on ~80% sales growth, driven by increased capacity and demand in India’s power sector, with shares showing positive movement and strong investor interest in its transformer manufacturing growth.

Recent Financial Highlights (Q3 FY2025-26)

:Net Profit: Rose 94.61% year-on-year to ₹43.34 crore.

Sales: Increased by 79.71% year-on-year to ₹471.82 crore.

PBT/PBDT: Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged 133%.

EBITDA: Increased 126% with margin expansion.

Capacity Expansion: Doubled manufacturing capacity and acquired a new unit, increasing total capacity to over 63,000 MVA.

Adani Power Ltd

The NCLAT dismissed all appeals against the resolution plan for Vidarbha Industries Power, a 600 MW power asset, ₹4,000 crore acquisition providing legal certainty for the acquisition and future expansion plans.

Adani Power has aggressive growth plans, targeting an installed capacity of nearly 42 GW by FY32, up from the current 18.15 GW. The company is investing heavily, with plans for new thermal power plants in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, and a hydropower project in Bhutan.

HPCL

HPCL has signed a major 10-year Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) supply agreement with the UAE’s ADNOC Gas, valued at approximately $2.5 billion to $3 billion, with deliveries set to begin in 2028. This strengthens India’s energy security and enhances HPCL’s long-term supply & board meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2026, to discuss quarterly results. 

Deepak Nitrate

On January 19, 2026, a material wholly-owned subsidiary, Deepak Chem Tech Limited (DCTL), commissioned a new nitration and hydrogenation plant in Dahej, Gujarat, with a total capital expenditure of approximately ₹85 crore.

Havells India

Revenue for the quarter came in at ₹5,573 crore, marginally ahead of market expectations, indicating a recovery in demand for consumer electricals.

Despite a year-over-year increase, the net profit of ₹301 crore missed analyst expectations, pointing to ongoing margin pressures and an exceptional item of ₹45.03 crore related to new labor codes implementation.

The cables segment was the largest contributor with a 32.8% increase in revenue, while the Lloyd Consumer business faced challenges in the slower winter season, reporting a decline in revenue.

The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹4.00 per share with a record date of January 23, 2026. The payment will be made on or before February 17, 2026.

Acme Solar

ACME Solar recently commissioned an additional 12 MW capacity at its 100 MW wind power project in Surendranagar, Gujarat, bringing the total operational capacity for that project to 68 MW. The power generated will be sold to Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited under a 25-year power purchase agreement.

The company has secured ₹4,725 crore in financing from Indian financial institutions to fund its growth strategy and new renewable energy projects

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd

The company is in the process of a major fundraising initiative, with plans for a ₹12,500 crore (approx. $1.4 billion) bond sale to help fund its acquisition of a controlling stake in JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals. The company has already allotted ₹1,099.61 crores worth of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and issued ₹1,500 crores in commercial paper.

Waaree Energies

Waaree Energies announced two significant solar module orders: a 210 MW domestic order for DCR modules (for FY 2026-27 delivery) and a massive 2,000 MW order for the USA market (delivery spanning 2028 to 2030) & board meeting is set for January 21, 2026, to consider and approve the company’s quarterly financial results.

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd

An undisclosed institutional investor is expected to sell up to a 3% stake in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) through a block deal on January 20, 2026. The floor price for the transaction is set at ₹65.78 per share, an 8.5% discount to the current market price of ₹71.89.

The block deal involves the potential sale of an approximately $32 million stake in ABFRL. The transaction is described as a “clean-out” or “clean-up” trade, suggesting a complete exit by the selling investor.
